Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (from now on, MDAA) is a certification of the Microsoft 365 Certified familiy issued by Microsoft.

As the certificate name implies, it is an associate-level certification, it means, it is intermediate-level.

There are mainly three levels in certification, in ascending order of complexity:

  1. Foundational / Beginner
  2. Associate / Intermediate
