“USTVNOW Plus” is a Kodi add-on that contains some US channels available only to US military or US citizens abroad.

Despite the instructions above, I found the USTVNOW Plus add-on in Kodi > Videos > Add-ons > Get more… and then I found “USTVNOW Plus” at the end of a long long list.
