Create role
SAP Menu > Tools > Administration > User Maintenance > Role Administration > Roles
Transaction PFCG
Go to MEnu tab, click on “Transaction” button to add a transaction.
When finish, go to Authorization tab, click on “Modify authorization data”.
Optionally enter restrictions on objects. If an ítem is yellow, enter restrictions for this object or click on “*” to set no restrictions.
When finished, click on the “Generate” button (white and red ball).
When saving, give a name to the Authorization you are linking to the role.
Assign role to user
Go to transaction SU01
Enter user
Go to “Roles” and add role on table.
