CAF adapts EFQM for the public sector.

EFQM RADAR
EFQM counts with a quality diagnostic tool called RADAR. The output of RADAR is an overall quality score.

RADAR is based on the Shewhart-Deming cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
Each block has a number of points assigned.
