ISO 9000 Family

ISO 9000 is a family of standards about quality management.

It is featured in the European Commision’s thematic paper about Quality Management in PES.

There are these main standards within the ISO 9000 family:

It considers an excel organization regarding people working on them to those that value the people that are integrated on it, develop people, ensure equality and reckon the effort in order to motivate people and increment their commitment.
