A collaborative CRM integrates marketing automation, sales force automation, CPQ, and ERP data so that everything works together to close deals, and gives each team a clearer picture of customers’ needs and expectations.
A social CRM (sCRM) can be either used to describe collaborative CRM or to describe a model where social networks are used for CRM.

vtiger CRM is a fork of Sugar CRM.
It is more a CRM tool than a generic ERP tool.
There is a community edition that is FOSS.
RightNow
RightNow was a CRM software. When Oracle acquired RightNow, it disappeared. It is now part of Oracle’s Customer Experience Service Cloud.
SAP CX
SAP Customer Experience (CX) is a cloud-based solution developed by SAP.
